Titanium foil is actually a thin strip product made from titanium metal through precise rolling.The thickness of this product is extremely thin, less than or equal to 0.1mm (or 0.08mm). Titanium materials with a thickness of less than or equal to this are called foil materials.
Grade 2 titanium foil belongs to industrial pure titanium. This means that more than 99% of its composition is titanium, and the impurity content is extremely low. Grade 2 is the most classic grade in the pure titanium series. It achieves a perfect balance among strength, corrosion resistance, and processing performance, and is also one of the most widely used pure titanium grades in industrial applications.
Grade 2 titanium has an inherent resistance to seawater, chlorine gas, hypochlorites, and strong oxidizing acids. Components made of titanium foil will never rust in harsh environments, which is something that many traditional metals cannot match.
